The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan is working on organizing a specialized exhibition of the Islamic Republic of Iran called «Iran Prože», which is scheduled for 17th to 19th of November, 2023.
According to the press service of the CCIT, it is expected that about 100 companies from the Islamic Republic of Iran will take part in the specialized exhibition. Almost fifty pavilions will present products and services of companies operating in the field of construction and production of building materials, technical and engineering services, water management, energy, oil and gas, petrochemicals, education and trade.
Also, on the 18th of November, a Turkmen-Iranian business forum is planned to be held in the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan. It is expected that as part of these events, members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan and Iranian businessmen will sign a number of documents to maintain close cooperation in the future.
At the meeting of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the 13th of November with the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Turkmenistan Ali Mojtab Ruzbekhani, it was noted that Iran remains one of the significant partners of Turkmenistan in the region and the progressive pace of interstate interaction corresponds to the further increase in cooperation in trade and economic areas.
