The Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute hosted an online meeting with Philipp Sovetin, Associate Professor of the Department of Informatics and Computer Design of the D. Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia.
The specialist from the Mendeleev University in Moscow conducted a training session with students of the Turkmen university on the subject of "Modeling of Chemical-Technological Processes." Students from the chemical technology of inorganic substances department attended a lecture on the topic of "Computer-Aided Design System (CAD) in the Chemical Industry."
The educational event for Turkmen students contributed to the formation of professional competencies of students and improvement of the level of training of young specialists in the field of chemical science and technology, who are studying in this direction. The lecture by the university associate professor took place within the framework of the Agreement on cooperation between the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute and the D. Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia.
It should be noted that the D. Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia is one of the leading technical universities in Russia, widely known in the global scientific community.
The Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute organized another meeting of representatives from universities and vocational schools of Turkmenistan with Professor Boris Reznik from the Beuth University of Applied Sciences in Berlin.
The meeting was held in a remote format with the participation of teachers and students of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, the Y.Kakaev International University of Oil and Gas, the S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University, the Turkmen Agricultural Institute, the Institute of Engineering and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan, the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan, as well as the Ashgabat Construction Secondary Vocational School of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan.
Professor of the Department of Geodesy and Geoinformatics of the University of Berlin gave a lecture on "Monitoring of engineering structures using artificial intelligence".
It should be noted that the lectures of Professor Boris Reznik at the Institute of Architecture and Construction have become traditional, they are organized in full-time and online format on a regular basis. During the meetings, educational and practical classes are held, further plans for joint work in the field of science and education and prospects for partnership development between the two universities are discussed, valuable experience and new knowledge are exchanged.
Close interaction between Turkmen and German higher schools is carried out on the basis of the Agreement on mutual cooperation between the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction Engineering and the Beuth University of Applied Sciences, which was established in November 2015.
