On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and France Francois Hollande addressed congratulatory message to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, which reads: «During his visit to Ashgabat on April 28th, 1994, Francois Mitterrand paid tribute to the role of Turkmenistan in the peaceful resolution of conflicts and crisis situations.
