These days, installation works are being carried out at an active pace at the construction site of a new electric substation in Dashoguz. These works are being conducted by the specialists of the "Daşoguzenergogurluşyk" enterprise of the "Türkmenenergogurluşyk" concern of the Ministry of Energy of the country.

This facility is being built as part of the Balkan-Dashoguz overhead power line construction project, which will ultimately allow the formation of a unified energy ring in the country. The new substation is used for the transformation and distribution of electric power, including that received from the large state power plant located in Dashoguz. It will serve as an intermediate link in the country's unified energy ring.

The substation consists of several transformers, a distribution device, control devices and auxiliary structures.

The facility will be connected to a similar 500 kV substation being built in the northern region of the country.

It should be noted that due to the successful implementation of a number of important projects in the field of energy, today Dashoguz velayat has a developed infrastructure that provides high-quality energy supply to domestic consumers. Consistent work is being carried out to ensure uninterrupted and reliable power supply, increase the capacity and efficiency of the entire energy system of the region.
