During the winter holidays, a series of methodological seminars, organized by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, were conducted for preschool educators and teachers.

These events, aimed at exchanging professional experience and improving the quality and effectiveness of methodological work, also allowed for a review of the joint results of the first semester of the 2023-2024 academic year. 

Celebrating the successful completion of the year 2023, which was held under the motto "Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar", the educators discussed plans for 2024, which will be held under the motto "Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi". Currently, our country is actively preparing for grand celebrations on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great poet and thinker. 

In turn, the educators discussed the topics of lessons for children dedicated to the memory of the classic of Turkmen literature. Lessons on familiarizing children with the biography and works of the poet were planned, including teaching the children of the older groups expressive reading of Magtymguly Fragi's poems and presenting his spiritual and moral teachings. 

In addition, during the seminars, experienced educators shared with young specialists the application of various pedagogical methods for the comprehensive development of the younger generation. This mentoring greatly helps the youth to integrate into the team and regularly enrich their pedagogical arsenal with new knowledge. 

The seminars held in exemplary kindergartens in the country allowed for the formation of a specific plan of action for organizing the educational process at a modern level in accordance with the regulatory documents of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and the National Strategy on Early Childhood Development in Turkmenistan for 2020-2025.
