The Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan and the Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly announced a competition of scientific works among the country's youth.
Young people under the age of 35 who are members of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly are invited to participate in the competition. Among them are employees of the Academy of Sciences, research institutes, the Centre of Technologies of the Academy of Sciences, industrial associations, scientific and technical enterprises, students of universities, master's, postgraduate and doctoral studies, secondary and secondary specialized educational institutions, as well as Turkmen citizens of various professions who show interest in active scientific activities.
Scientific works are accepted for competition in the following areas: Nanotechnology, chemical technology, new materials and energy; Biotechnology, molecular biology, agriculture, ecology and genetics; Information and communication systems, computer technologies; Modern technologies of medicine and drug production; Innovative Economics; Humanitarian sciences.
The competition will be held in three stages. The results of the review will traditionally be summed up on Science Day, which is celebrated in our country on the 12th of June.
Those wishing to take part in the competition must submit their scientific works to the organizing committee of the event before the 15th of February of this year.

A competition of scientific works among the youth of Turkmenistan was established by the President of the country in February 2015 and is held annually by the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan and the Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly in order to ensure the widespread introduction of scientific developments of talented youth into various sectors of the national economy, promoting the principles of mentoring in science, achieving high results in training qualified specialists proficient in innovative technologies.
Conducting a state review contributes to the development of domestic science, the formation of a new generation of scientists, and the stimulation of youth research activities in the most important, relevant and most in-demand areas.
