The preparation carried out in the livestock farms of Lebap velayat for the winter season today allows for a good and warm wintering of the cattle.

Currently, the velayat has operating livestock farms named "Serdar," "Jeyhun," "Garagum," "Tallymerjen," and "Koytendag," and the cattle are raised on the plains of Garagum and Gyzylgum, as well as in the foothills of Koytendag.

The total number of horned cattle in these livestock farms is over 166 thousand heads.

These days, more than 94 thousand ewes are under the special control of livestock breeders. Coordinated work of specialized experts, veterinary doctors and tenant shepherds is yielding positive results.

In this season, it is planned to purchase over 72 thousand lambs in the velayat. The hard work of the shepherds of Lebap velayat is evidence that they will achieve labor success.
