A lot of work is being done to ensure food abundance in the Balkan velayat. One of these is the «Nurana Ay» bread and bakery products plant of the private enterprise «Erada», located in the city of Gyzylarbat.

Modern, high-tech equipment imported from countries such as Türkiye, Iran, and Italy was put into production here. Everyday high-quality whole grain breads and toasts are very popular among consumers.

The close-knit workforce of the enterprise works hard to ensure that markets and shopping centers are supplied with rich food products. In addition, they carefully study the needs of the population for the supply of various types of bread and bakery products, and use advanced business methods in this area.

High-quality flour, necessary for the production of everyday products, is also purchased on the basis of contracts from the complex of mills in the village of Sarp, Gyzylarbat etrap.

Currently, the «Nurana Ay» factory produces baked goods, butter products, milk bars, wedding cakes, many types of cookies, honey and chocolate bread.

In the future, the private enterprise intends to create a new production facility for processing various fruit products.
