Today, here the International Mathematical Olympiad among schoolchildren organised with assistance of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care.
It attests to the modern level of national education system and intensification of international cooperation in the given area.
Participants of the Olympiad - talented representatives of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Iran, Kazakhstan, Qatar, China, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan were welcomed according to noble traditions of hospitality of Turkmen people.
At present, as a result of successful implementation of progressive transformations begun by Hero-Arkadag and continued under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and focused on great goals, along with other branches of economy in the education sphere, large scale reforms are also realised.
At the state level, a special significance is attached to solution of the tasks following from the Concept of digital education, participation of youth of the country in the international educational Olympiads. It promotes efficiency of international competitions held in the local education system and subject Olympiads among schoolchildren.
It is deeply symbolical that the present Olympiad in the city of Arkadag coincided with the third anniversary of creation of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care and it has become an acknowledgement of adherence of the Foundation to humanitarian principles focused on education of physically healthy, comprehensively educated growing generation, maintenance of their harmonious development.
One should note that in the new city erected at the initiative of Hero-Arkadag, all conditions for organisation of international actions, including the subject Olympiads with participation of schoolchildren from different countries are created.
Songs and melodies of the high creative spirit of our fatherland under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the successful course, planned by the National Leader of the Turkmen people as well as hardworking and cheerful people, wonderful nature and glorifying principles of peaceful disposition, friendship and brotherhood added the celebration organised in the 1st specialized teaching and educational complex of the city of Arkadag, original festive colours.
Today, our country, which by right is considered centre of ancient civilisations, achieves big successes, the international authority of Turkmenistan, which becomes the venue for Olympiads, scientific and creative competitions, forums and festivals of international level increases. The present International Mathematical Olympiad in the city of Arkadag as initiator of which Arkadagly Hero Serdar acted, also testifies to this fact.
Within today's event, its participants familiarised with the successes reached by schoolchildren of our country in different years at international competitions, design creative works, works of fine art created by schoolchildren of children's art schools, book exhibition.
The creative corner devoted to the great thinker-poet of the Turkmen people Magtymguly Fragi, made a special impression upon visitors. The video clip about independent neutral Turkmenistan, its achievements in science and education spheres was shown to participants of the celebration.
As marked by speakers, at present in the country all conditions for education of the well-read, patriotic, purposeful youth understanding innovative technologies are created. A special emphasis was made on key tasks of the state doctrine of the National Leader of the Turkmen people - the founder of the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State. The great attention was given to the policy of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, an increasing role of our fatherland on the international scene, large scale undertakings of the head of the state uniting our society round great purposes, enormous work carried out with a view of perfection of national education system.
During the celebration, participants expressed sincere gratitude to Hero-Arkadag and the President of Turkmenistan for created conditions for the intellectual competition at a high organizational level.
