Construction companies, the members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan build 332 double-store cottages along Ashgabat – Dashoguz highway. The walls of original buildings meeting highest quality standards were erected at 70 hectares area. Improved comfort and interior design of new houses are combined with ecological compatibility, autonomy and durability. It was mainly local building materials used for construction and finishing of the buildings.
Realization of large urban construction projects is carried out without drawing the budget funds. Private entrepreneurs and business entities are big clients and shareholders of the project.
The cottages has expressive architecture of the facades, metal-tiled roof and solid frame with block filling finished with water-proof and heat-insulating material – the fibre concrete. Living houses of this type are entirely autonomic. They are equipped with combined boilers supplying hot water for heating and household needs, WRV split systems, gas and electrical appliances and other life support systems, IP television, Internet and telephone.
There are three type of houses with 315 and 305 sq. m. area as well as double-store houses for 2 families with 289 sq. m. each. There are hall, living and siting rooms, two corridors, kitchen, pantry and bathrooms on the ground floor in 315 sq. m. cottages. The first floor has four bedrooms, summer terrace and bathrooms. The houses with less area have three bedrooms on the first floor.
0.6 hectare land plot of each house has small garden and individual car parking.
The construction of elite housing is important component of large reforms initiated by Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. Along with high-rise improved comfort and interior design buildings, the living estates with cottage type housings are built in the capital.
It is only private construction companies, the members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, which build more than 500 cottage type houses in the south-western part of the city under 15th phase of housing construction and in the northern part, in Choganly living estate. Another 200 cottages made of ferroconcrete panels will be built by construction organization of the capital administration.
Such solution of housing programme when cottage type houses are built together with high-rise buildings will allow expanding the opportunities of the citizens in selection of the living that meets bot modern requirements and personal wishes and preferences of the tenants. At the same time, bank loans provide affordability of comfort housing for citizens of cities and villages.
