On behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan and personally, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed sincere congratulations to Moon Jae-in on his election as the President of the Republic of Korea.

In his message, the Head of the State expressed firm belief that friendly and beneficial relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Korea, based on the principles of mutual respect, trust and understanding, would be continued developing for the interests of both nations.

Taking an opportunity, the Head of Turkmenistan expressed wishes of strong health, happiness and wellbeing to Moon Jae-in and progress and prosperity to all Korean people.
