The Head of Azerbaijan Republic addressed congratulations to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on occasion of 25th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the countries.

Azerbaijan pays large attention to the development of friendly, good neighbouring relations and versatile cooperation with Turkmenistan. The expansion of our partnership in different spheres presenting mutual interest gave an impulse to intensification of historically friendly contacts between our people connected by common values, - the message says.

Political dialog achieved for all these years, equal and beneficial cooperation in bilateral format serve to the interests of both countries. The relations in political, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres are expanded, new directions in consolidation of the partnership are outlined.

Fruitful collaboration is developed between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan in multilateral format and under international and regional organizations. At present moment, there are good opportunities for bringing Azerbaijan – Turkmenistan dialog to quality new level, which rests upon mutual trust. I am confident that using these opportunities we will consolidate our relations having dynamic character by joint efforts, - the message of Azerbaijan Leader Ilham Aliyev highlights.
