Representatives of higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan combined an online seminar on key indicators effectiveness (KPI), organized by the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management at support of the country's Ministry of Education.

The meeting was attended by management representatives, faculty and university students. A detailed exchange took place during the online conference opinions, the participants discussed the topic in detail and shared experience in using modern software in management activities in order to form a model management based on KPI - key indicators efficiency.

Key performance indicators (KPI) or key indicators efficiency are numerical performance indicators that help measure the degree of achievement of goals or optimality process, namely: effectiveness and efficiency.

As noted at the event, key indicators efficiency are the most important indicators, used to track and evaluate the progress of any organization in achieving its strategic goals. KPI are determined based on the implementation of specific tasks, strategies, business plans.

As a result of the online seminar, participants received detailed information and significantly expanded knowledge about KPIs, and also got acquainted with methods of their effective use in management activities. In conclusion, the participants summed up results of the meeting, exchanged questions and answers.
