Regular graduation of the cadets was held at high educational facilities of military and law enforcement agencies of the country – Military and Naval Institutes of the Ministry of Defence, Border Guard Institute, Institute of National Security and the Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan.
Professional training and improvement of qualification of the military personnel is the most important priority of the military doctrine of Turkmenistan developed under personal leadership of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and defining the basis of security and inviolability of borders of the country considering its neutral status and peace-loving foreign policy course.
Considerable attention is paid to social matters as well, first of all, to improvement of successful service conditions, life and rest of the Motherland’s defenders, particularly to provision of military personnel and law enforcement agencies personnel with comfortable housing, upgrading of existing and construction of new modern military camps.
Level of fighting capability of national army is defined by the combat training of soldiers and qualified personnel who have perfect skills of military art. Their professionalism is demonstrated by regular military tactical exercises with shootings where all kind of troops participate.
New generation of national military personnel – highly qualified specialist brought up on the best examples of patriotism and selfless service to the Motherland, was formed under large-scale military reform in the country. They are able to provide the reliability and inviolability of the State border, protection of peace in the country, law and order in the society on proper level.

Number of other high educational institutions also had graduation ceremonies of the students. Representatives of the Ministry of Education, non-governmental organizations, professors and lecturers and parents of the students took part in the events on this occasion.
The graduates, who finished the study and actively participated in social life, were awarded with appreciation certificates and valuable gifts.
