The solemn ceremony of opening six nine-storey apartment houses with improved conditions took place in the rapidly developing residential complex in the southeast of the Turkmen capital. Parahat 7/4 has symbolized the successful implementation of the concept of Ashgabat development, initiated by the President of Turkmenistan with the aim to make the Turkmen capital one of the most beautiful and comfortable cities in the world.
Within the last ten years, the large residential complex “Parahat” has been replenished with two housing estates – Parahat-5 and Parahat-6, and at present, the construction of Parahat-7 housing estate that will include Parahat-7/1, Parahat-7/2 and Parahat-7/3 housing estates is in full swing. Parahat 7/4 housing estate will harmoniously replenish the architectural ensemble of the “Parahat” residential complex.
The complex project is implemented at the request of Ashgabat Khyakimlik. According to the project, 60 nine-storey 54- and 36-apartment houses, five kindergartens designed for 160 children each, three secondary schools designed for 600 pupils each and the Health Centre will be built there. Moreover, the entertainment infrastructure will be created in the new complex.
Turkmen entrepreneurs are entrusted with the construction of the housing accommodations with improved conditions. More than 20 private construction companies – members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan erected 44 apartment houses, a school and three kindergartens on the territory of the complex.
New high-rise apartment houses are remarkable not only for technological innovations, but also for the architecture of facades, the increased area and height of the ceilings. At the same time, the relevant infrastructure is created, the territory adjacent to the houses is improved. It will include promenade areas, playgrounds and sports grounds.
