The purposeful work carried out in Lebap velayat on the proper organization of children's leisure during summer holidays and effective use of the potential of children's health centers in the velayat is yielding positive results.

This year, about 900 children will rest in three shifts at the "Bagtyýarlyk" children's health center located on the banks of the Amu Darya. All conditions have been created here for a full-fledged recreation of the younger generation. Various clubs operate to instill work skills and reveal children's creative abilities, which they eagerly attend. Meetings with writers, cultural figures, and excursions to picturesque natural spots, museums, and theaters are also organized for them.

Recently, the fire safety department of the Lebap velayat Police Department organized competitions in fire-applied sports for teenagers.

Winners and all participants of the competitions were presented with gifts and honorary diplomas from public organizations. Active recreation in health centers contributes to the physical and spiritual improvement of the younger generation, broadening their horizons, and will help them enter the new academic year vigorously.
