July 25 at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan held a celebration in honor of the 80th summer anniversary of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Turkmenistan, Honored Diplomat of Turkmenistan, Head of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, Professor Amangeldy Rakhmanov.
The festive event was attended by management and teaching staff of the institute.
