Large cottage complex was built in the northern outskirt of the capital along intercity highway Ashgabat – Dashoguz. Construction companies, the members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan have built 332 double-store cottages on 70 hectares. Improved comfort and planning of new houses are combined with eco-friendliness and durability. Mainly, local building materials and equipment of famous foreign manufacturers were used in construction.

The cottage have an expressive architecture of the facades, the roof covered with solid metallic tiles and solid frames with block filling, which are decorated with moisture-resistant and heat-insulating panels made of fibre cement. Living houses are completely self-sustained. They are equipped with individual heating systems, boilers supplying hot water for heating and domestic needs, WRV system for air conditioning of the houses, necessary house-hold gas and electrical appliances and other life supporting systems. They are also connected to TV, Internet and telephone network via IPI system.

There are three types of houses on in cottage complex – two separate cottages of 315 and 305 sq. m. as well as combined double-store houses for two families with 289 sq. m. area. There are also 0.6 hectare garden and individual parking around each house.
