In the residential area Choganly over 330 families of Ashgabat marked a house warming party
Heads of the khyakimlik of the capital, representatives of public organisations, honoured elders, and numerous citizens of the city took part in the ceremony of commissioning of 316 new cottage houses.
In the new residential area formed in the northern part of the capital, building companies-members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs constructed 316 two-storey cottage houses, 16 from which are designated for 2 families. A start for this large scale investment project was given in 2014. The building territory makes up 70 hectares. Here 6-roomed houses with a total area of more than 315 square metres and two types of 5-roomed – with an area of 305, 83 and 298, 09 square metres are located.
All buildings are united by expressive architecture of facades, but each is completely autonomous: equipped by individual systems of heating and air-conditioning of premises, necessary household gas, and electric devices, connected to television, the Internet and telecommunication. Houses differ with convenient lay-out. Spacious rooms - a living room, hall, several bedrooms, and also a kitchen and other premises correspond to the international requirements of comfort and cosiness. Near the cottage house the personal plot and individual parking place are provided.
The territory adjoining to new buildings where the roads a general extent of which makes up about 9 kilometres and width of 9 metres, are accomplished well. Sidewalks were also provided, flower beds, lawns are laid, and lights of street illumination were established. A great volume of work was executed on creation of systems of water supply and water drain.
To the burst of applause of participants of the ceremony, keys to comfortable cottage houses were handed to new settlers. By an established tradition visitors of the celebration were treated to tasty sweets, invited to enter the house and share joy of tenants.
