Today, urban planners in Dashoguz strive to use land and existing engineering and technical communications efficiently. This is evidenced by two new multi-apartment residential buildings constructed in already inhabited areas of the city.

One of them, built by specialists from the Dashoguz Reinforced Concrete Products Plant of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of Turkmenistan on Andalib Street, is a four-story large-panel building designed for 48 improved-layout apartments with spacious dimensions and high ceilings. The total area of a three-room apartment here exceeds 100 square meters. Another multi-apartment brick building was erected by a private construction enterprise and is located on Gorogly Street. It fits organically into the architectural ensemble of the district, which has developed infrastructure, including necessary socio-cultural facilities. The construction of the house took into account urban planning policy requirements for housing comfort, as well as ecological and aesthetic norms.

Currently, construction and installation work is completed in both houses, and they are being prepared for commissioning.

Like in other cities of the country, the housing sector in Dashoguz has been rapidly developing recently. Dozens of modern multi-apartment buildings are being commissioned annually in various parts of the city, including vacant or vacated areas, and new residential areas with all necessary socio-cultural facilities are being formed. These new buildings, financed from various sources, are equipped with all necessary engineering and technical communications, and the adjacent territory is fully landscaped and illuminated.
