Democratic and Agrarian Parties, National Trade Union Centre, Women Association, Magtumguly Youth Organization, Peace Fund of Turkmenistan received new residence in reconstructed building in the centre of the city on Garashsyzlyk Avenue.

Working offices in the complex are equipped with modern computer and office hardware and provided with comfort furniture. The office has several conference halls – five for twenty people, two for 130 people and one for sixty people, which are designed for round-table meetings, forums and other events. The first floor has conference hall for 500 people. The second floor has a library with large fund. Works of national painters and elements of modern décor are used in finishing of the interiors.

Well-planned adjoining territory has open car parking with shade. The basement of the building has in-door parking, archive and storage facilities.
