The Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan outlined the immediate tasks and strategic goals in various areas, identified the main factors designed to ensure further progress of the country.

As the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stated in his speech at the meeting: «in the future, we will carry out more extensive work, build powerful enterprises, production centers, new modern cities, towns and villages. We will significantly improve the appearance of our Fatherland».

To increase the country's authority as an economically powerful state, the cohesion, harmony and hard work of the people, as well as the development of science, education and culture, are of key importance. Young people and entrepreneurs as generators of innovation and progressive transformations are called upon to be at the forefront of the nationwide movement towards new high goals.

In this regard, a set of tasks was outlined for the implementation of state youth policy related to the creation of conditions for high-quality education and upbringing of the younger generation, and measures to support entrepreneurship. As the National Leader of the Turkmen people noted, domestic entrepreneurs are doing a great job of producing high-quality, competitive products, strengthening food security, and building modern industrial enterprises, cities and villages.

Considering the introduction of new types and methods of entrepreneurship as a requirement of the times, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov named the adoption of the National Program for Support of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship as one of the important tasks. In addition, a document related to public-private partnership was proposed to be submitted for consideration by the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, which will take place next year, among the draft Strategies for the country's development in various spheres in 2026-2052.

In his speech at the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov especially noted that members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the country have achieved impressive results in a short time. Entrepreneurs make a significant contribution to the establishment of high-tech production for the production of products that have competitive advantages and are export-oriented. Therefore, reforms for the development of small, medium and large businesses in the country will be continued. The high assessment of the contribution of domestic business to the country's achievements and its role in solving the upcoming tasks is also evidenced by the fact that among those awarded high state awards in honor of the 33rd anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence, there is a large group of representatives of the private sector. These are the founders, managers and employees of such well-known private companies as «Ojar Aziýa», «Ýigit», «Altyn Ýunus», «Ajaýyp gurluşyk», «Owadan Ülke», «Batly-Gadam», «Täze aý», as well as other business entities and individual enterprises actively working in the domestic and foreign markets.
