The third phase of training has concluded at the "Diplomatic Protocol" Specialized Training Center, operating under the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
Newly minted graduates received special certificates confirming their competencies in diplomatic literacy. This event is an important step in implementing strategic initiatives defined by the country's leadership, aimed at strengthening and expanding Turkmenistan's diplomatic presence on the world stage.
During the training process, specialists learn the theoretical foundations of diplomatic protocol and etiquette, and acquire practical skills necessary for effective communication and interaction in international relations.
The third phase of the program began on September 2, 2024. Over two months, participants had the opportunity to attend classes conducted by heads of foreign missions and international organizations, senior officials of the national diplomatic service, and mentor diplomats.
Excellent knowledge of the intricacies of diplomatic practice will enable the Center's graduates to more successfully represent our country's interests at various international forums, facilitating the development of bilateral and multilateral relations.
The training of young and qualified personnel in diplomacy contributes to forming innovative approaches to international negotiations, opening opportunities for Turkmenistan's active participation in global initiatives and projects, strengthening its positions, and improving interactions with other countries.
