Representatives of Turkmenistan, who work at hydrometeorological posts in various regions of the country, have been invited to the Republic of Uzbekistan to participate in the annual technical meeting of the regional project focused on cooperation among meteorological and hydrological organizations and agencies of Central Asian states.
The participants, who are employees of the national hydrometeorological services of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and representatives of our country, attended a series of lectures on data processing methods for modernizing their hydrological monitoring systems. The multi-day meeting, scheduled from October 28 to November 1, included a small cultural program with a hiking trip in the quiet mountainous area of the Layner resort near Tashkent.
