November 4 at the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics Turkmenistan hosted a fair of higher educational institutions of the Czech Republic. The official opening ceremony of the fair was attended by Deputy Minister of Education of Turkmenistan Azat Atayev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to Turkmenistan (with residence in Tashkent) Lubomir Frebort, as well as Rector of the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics Nurnepes Kuliyev.
Within the framework of the event, a meeting of the parties was held, at which the possibilities of academic exchange and prospects for bilateral cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Czech Republic were discussed, aimed at developing educational ties and creating new opportunities for students and teachers of both countries.
The fair of Czech Universities in the Turkmen capital attracted great attention of the country's young students - students, university graduates, high school students Turkmenistan. Representatives of all universities of Ashgabat gathered at the event, which underlines the importance of the event for the educational community of the country.
From the Czech side, the event was attended by representatives of the leading universities of the Czech Republic, including Charles University in Prague, University of Chemical Technology, Czech Agricultural University and Tomas Bati University in Angry. The fair was also attended by heads of academic departments and international offices, as well as representatives of the Czech agency Point.Uz, which provides support to students from Central Asia studying in the Czech Republic.
