The event, held in Astana, Kazakhstan, from October 31 to November 1, 2024, brought together international experts, practicing lawyers, legal scholars from European countries and Central Asia. The two-day meeting agenda included pressing issues related to improving administrative legislation in a market economy.

The program featured presentations on topics such as: the results of implementing administrative justice in Central Asia; trends in the development of administrative law and process; digitalization of public administration and administrative justice; and the legal entity of public law. Each conference session facilitated dialogue between scholars and practicing lawyers, allowing for an exchange of views on implementing innovative approaches to administrative law and process. Special attention was given to modernizing management relations using digital technologies in providing public services to citizens.

At the international scientific conference, a representative of the Turkmen delegation delivered a report on "Results of Implementing Administrative Justice in Turkmenistan and Future Development Directions."
