The Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages hosted the hackathon " Development of a Platform Based on Technical Task," aimed at finding optimal IT solutions for creating simplified methods of teaching foreign languages through programming.

Students from 17 higher education institutions in Turkmenistan participated in the competition, widely demonstrating their knowledge and abilities in the field of digital technologies. For the participants, the hackathon served as an effective tool and platform for forming and implementing new creative ideas and approaches to the given topic.

According to the organizers, this competition showcased a sufficiently high level of innovative potential among the youth, their interest in development in this direction, and became one of the most successful in its field.

Speaking about the features and advantages of this competition, the organizing committee noted that all hackathon team members had the opportunity to improve their IT skills and creative abilities, meet like-minded individuals, make friends, and learn a lot. Additionally, the competition helped students develop teamwork skills, effectively use their allotted time, handle various situations, and independently solve complex problems.

Based on the results of the competition, winners were determined by the jury's decision.

The Grand Prix was awarded to the team from the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute.

First place was awarded to participants from the International University for Humanities and Development and the Institute of Engineering, Technical and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan.

Second place went to students from the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan and the International Oil and Gas University named after Yagshygeldi Kakayev.

Third place was shared by student teams from the S. Seydi Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute, Magtymguly Turkmen State University and the Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan.

The winners received honorary certificates and valuable gifts from the Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages.

The student hackathon was conducted to fulfill tasks set for representatives of the education sector in the "State Program for Ensuring Cybersecurity of Turkmenistan for 2022-2025," "Concept for Improving Foreign Language Teaching in Turkmenistan," and "Concept for Improving Teaching of Natural and Exact Sciences in Turkmenistan."
