Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T. Atahallyyev, who oversees the agro-industrial complex, and velayat khyakims to consider the progress of seasonal field work in the regions and the implementation of tasks envisaged by the National Rural Program.

The first floor was given to the khyakim of Ahal velayat S. Soltanmyradov, who reported on the pace of agricultural campaigns in the region.

As noted, cotton harvesting continues until the last ball. Measures are being taken to effectively use agricultural machinery, uninterrupted transportation of the crop to collection points and cotton gins.

Along with this, in the velayat, as part of preparation for cotton sowing, plowing and fertilizing fields with minerals are being carried out.

Everything necessary is being done to prepare agricultural machinery for the next season.

The region makes timely payments to cotton growers.

The head of the velayat administration also reported on the progress of work in accordance with the National Rural Program.

Summarizing the report, the head of state noted the importance of harvesting cotton on agricultural lands to the last ball, caring for fields sown with wheat in accordance with agro-technical standards, addressing specific instructions to the khyakim.

Then, the khyakim of Balkan velayat N. Ashyrmyradov reported on the pace of seasonal agricultural work in the region.

As reported, the necessary measures are ongoing to collect the cotton crop without losses. Steps are being taken to productively use agricultural machinery and ensure uninterrupted delivery of the collected raw material to collection points.

In the fields of the velayat, wheat is being cared for, in particular, vegetative irrigation and mineral fertilizer feeding. Along with this, preparations are underway for the future sowing of cotton, including plowing, fertilizing the soil with appropriate fertilizers, and cleaning up nearby areas.

Necessary work is also being carried out to prepare and repair agricultural machinery for the season of next year.

In the region, payments are being made to producers of products for the cotton harvest delivered to the state in a timely manner.

In addition, a report was made on the work carried out within the framework of the implementation of the National Rural Program.

After hearing the report, the head of state emphasized the importance of the seasonal agricultural activities carried out these days and instructed the khyakim to strictly control compliance with agro-technical requirements for the care of wheat.

Then the working meeting continued with a report by the khyakim of Dashoguz velayat D. Babayev on the progress of agricultural campaigns in the region.

It was reported that measures are being implemented to harvest cotton to the last ball, and to ensure the effective functioning of agricultural machinery. Necessary steps are being taken to ensure uniform germination in the region’s wheat fields.

Currently, plowing, fertilizing the soil with minerals, and cleaning nearby areas are being carried out in the velayat in preparation for cotton sowing.

At the same time, everything necessary is being done to ensure proper operation of agricultural machinery next season.

Measures are also being taken to properly care for the wheat: the soil is being fertilized and vegetation watering is being carried out.

As part of the preparation for sowing cotton, plowing, fertilizing the soil with minerals and cleaning the surrounding areas are being carried out.

In order to ensure the smooth operation of agricultural machinery and units in the upcoming season, repair and maintenance work has begun.

Currently, payments have begun to cotton growers for the harvest they have delivered.

The khyakim also reported on the progress of the National Rural Program in the velayat.

After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed the khyakim to strictly monitor the seasonal work on agricultural lands in accordance with agricultural standards.

Then, the khyakim of Mary velayat B. Orazov reported on the state of affairs in the fields of the region.

As reported, the necessary measures are being taken to collect the cotton crop without losses. Cotton harvesters are effectively used for these purposes, and the uninterrupted reception, storage and processing of the collected raw material is ensured.

Vegetation irrigation is carried out on the wheat fields of the velayat to obtain good shoots. Efforts are also being made to harvest sugar beets and transport them to receiving points without interruption.

In order to prepare the soil for spring sowing of cotton, mineral fertilizers are applied, while agricultural machinery is effectively used. Along with this, cleaning activities are carried out around the fields.

At the same time, work has been established to repair equipment and units that will be used in seasonal agricultural campaigns next year.

It was also reported on the implementation of the tasks outlined in the National Rural Program.

After hearing the report, the head of state focused on the importance of harvesting cotton to the last boll, proper care of wheat crops in compliance with agro-technical standards, addressing a number of instructions to the khyakim.

Then Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T. Atahallyyev reported on the pace of seasonal work in the agricultural sector in the regions of the country.

As reported, measures are being taken within the framework of agricultural campaigns to collect the harvest grown by our cotton growers to the last ball.

In accordance with agricultural technology standards, care is being carried out on the fields sown with wheat, in particular, vegetation irrigation and fertilization with minerals.

In order to prepare land plots for sowing cotton for the next year’s harvest, plowing and fertilization with minerals are being carried out.

Along with this, repair and maintenance of equipment and units that will be involved in agricultural work in the coming year have begun.

Efforts are being made to timely harvest the sugar beet grown in Mary velayat.

After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of holding seasonal agricultural campaigns and instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to monitor the implementation of the assigned tasks.

Then, addressing the participants of the meeting, the head of state ordered to take the necessary measures to harvest the cotton crop to the last ball, strictly control the work on caring for the wheat, in particular, vegetative irrigation and fertilizing with minerals according to agro-technical terms, and also to timely treat the fields against weeds in order to obtain a rich harvest.

The President of the country focused on the issues of laying the foundation for next year’s harvest, instructing the timely implementation of agro-technical work on the cotton-sown areas.

Along with this, it was instructed to carry out timely settlements with cotton producers.

In addition, the head of state ordered to carry out technical maintenance of equipment and units that are planned to be used in seasonal agricultural work next year, to make timely payments to cotton and wheat producers in the velayats, as well as to the enterprises servicing them for the work performed on cotton harvesting this year and the laying of the wheat harvest next year, to collect sugar beets grown in Mary velayat without losses, and to strictly monitor the implementation of the National Rural Program in the regions. 

Concluding the working meeting, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished its participants sound health, family well-being and great success in their work.
