The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan is selecting candidates for higher education in Hungary and the People's Republic of China under the Bachelor's degree program for the 2025/2026 academic year.

In this regard, in the period from November 25 to December 10 in the International University of Humanities and Development accepts documents from applicants.

Citizens of Turkmenistan who will turn 18 by August 31, 2025 - graduates of secondary schools in the 2024-2025 academic year (to study in Hungary), as well as those who have reached the age of 18 and are not older than 25 (to study in China) have the right to apply for admission. English language proficiency is also a necessary requirement for campaign participants.

The list of documents is posted on the website of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan https://education.gov.tm/competitions .

Applicants who have submitted the necessary documents will be interviewed in English in the disciplines provided for in the general education program of full secondary education.

Information on the list of specialties and the number of applicants who will be admitted to universities in Hungary and China under the program of higher professional education (bachelor's degree), as well as on the conditions of study, is provided by the Admission Commission.

Young Turkmen students will study at universities of the above-mentioned friendly countries in such priority areas as information technology, healthcare and medical sciences, education and pedagogical sciences, agricultural sciences, engineering, technology and technical sciences, mathematics and natural sciences.

The decision to send Turkmen students to study at universities in China and Hungary was made during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan held on November 22. The Head of State noted the importance of the comprehensive work being carried out to train high-level specialists, stressing that thousands of Turkmen boys and girls study in prestigious educational institutions of foreign countries.
