The Turkmen Pedagogical Institute will hold the IV Open International Olympiad in Physics

The Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after Seyitnazar Seydi will hold the IV Open International Internet Olympiad in Physics among students of higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan and foreign countries.

The International Olympiad will be held on December 4 and will be held in the form of an individual competition. The competition will be attended by students of different specialties, five students from

each university. The working languages of the Olympiad are Turkmen, English and Russian.

The participants of the Olympiad will be offered 5 tasks in such branches of physics as Mechanics, Molecular Physics, Electrodynamics, Optics. It takes 150 minutes (2.5 hours) to solve the tasks.

The Olympiad jury will include representatives of universities, scientific and educational institutions of Turkmenistan and abroad.

The Olympiad is aimed at identifying talented, active youth, creating favorable conditions for their further professional development, training high-level specialists capable of independently solving complex problems arising in modern practice, exchanging mutually beneficial scientific information between participants, as well as expanding interaction between scientific centers, universities of Turkmenistan and abroad, including through digital information and communication technologies.

The Olympiad is organized in order to implement work plans for the introduction of innovations in the education system, as well as measures to implement the "Concept of improving teaching methods in general education programs in Turkmenistan until 2028", "The concept of improving teaching subjects in natural and exact sciences in Turkmenistan" and "The Concept of developing the digital education system in Turkmenistan".
