President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, according to which the Minister of Defence, Head of the State Border Guard Service, Minister of Interior, Minister of National Security, Head of Security Service of the President of Turkmenistan, Chairman of the State Migration Service are assigned to release military personnel who accomplished their service in solemn atmosphere and to encourage high achievers of military and social and humanitarian training.
