As it follows from the text of presidential Decree and according to the Constitution of Turkmenistan and the Law of Turkmenistan on Military Obligation and Service, military personnel who accomplished their service will be released from the Armed Forces in October – December 2017.

Men who reached 18 years old who have no rights for deferment of military service as well as older citizens who lost the rights for deferment of military service will be enlisted for service in October – December 2017.
