A good example of this is the established close contacts between higher educational institutions of our country, including the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Oguz Khan University of Engineering and Technology, and leading universities in Japan. It is also noteworthy that Japanese is being studied in a number of higher educational institutions and schools in Turkmenistan.
