The teaching staff of the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Mai Kuliyeva successfully combines their pedagogical activities with scientific research. This was evidenced by a book exhibition and presentation organized by the library of the music university.
The exhibition, titled "Kitap-bilimleriň çeşmesi sungatlaryň gözbaşy", garnered great interest among conservatory students. It showcased works such as: R. Amangeldiev's "Türkmen kompozitorlarynyň instrumental eserlerinde sonata formasy"; M. Gapurov's "Halk saz gurallary ansambllary üçin eserler"; S. Nuryeva's "Fortepiano üçin eserleriň ýygyndysy"; H. Muhammetgulyev's "Akkordeon üçin eserleriň ýygyndysy"; M. Gurbanov and L. Nasyrova's "Gitara"; S. Tuyliyev's "Theory of Turkmen Music"; E. Osipova and R. Muhammedov's "Türkmen sazynyň teoriýasy".
The authors, whose works cover various areas of musical art, presented their books and answered numerous questions from students. It is worth noting that the works of the conservatory’s teachers are not only a contribution to the study of music as an art form with its unique national characteristics but also a valuable source of knowledge for students. These books will serve as a guide for the further development of Turkmen culture and art.
