musician of the Tutly village Cultural Center of the Serdar district Department of Culture of Balkan province, Nurryev, Hemra Orazmyradovich;

student of Magtymguly Garlyyev Specalized Art School of Dashoguz, Gandymova, Bayramtach Tazebayevna;

choreographer of Kishtivan village Cultural Center of Serdarabat district of Lebap province, Jumayeva, Mavjuda Rizakulyyevna;

dancer of the Cultural Center of Yoloten District Department of Culture of Mary province, Huseyinov, Jemshit Shamyrovich.
