The Decrees of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov resolve:

to appoint Begench Hojamgulliyev as the Judge of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan, having released him form the duties of the Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan;

to appoint Annamyrad Sariyev as the Chairman of Bayramali City Court of Balkan velayat, having released him from the duties of the Judge of Murgap Etrap Court of Mary Velayat;

to release Yazmyrat Jepbarov from the duties of the Judge of Karakum Etrap Court of Mry Velayat;

to release Kakamyrat Hojageldiyev from the duties of the Deputy Chairman of Serakhs Etrap Court of Ahal Velayat due to transfer to another work;

to release Toyly Annaguliyev from the duties of Deputy Chairman of Dashoguz Velayat Court due to transfer to another work;

to appoint Junior Councillor of Justice Dovletmuhammet Murrikov as the Prosecutor of Ashgabat;

to release Lawyer 1st Class Agarejep Kurdov from the duties of the Prosecutor of Turkmenabat for the control of compliance with law in penitentiary institutions due to transfer to another work;

to appoint Lawyer 2nd class Ahmet Annamyradov as the Prosecutor of Turkmenabat for the control of compliance with law in penitentiary institutions.
