Today, in the new modern village, which is being built these days on the territory of the gengeshlik "Taze yol" of the Koneurgench etrap all necessary conditions for creative work and comfortable living and rest are created. The total area of the new building is 98 hectares. Upon completion of construction and installation works, the housing stock of the new settlement will consist of four hundred houses, including two-story cottages.

The new village will have all the necessary social, cultural and other facilities, developed transport and communications, engineering and technical infrastructure. Among the social and cultural facilities: a modern comprehensive school for 420 students and a kindergarten for 160 children, a Health Center, a Center of Culture, a Communications Center, a modern center for holding wedding celebrations "Toy mekany" for 500 people, located on an area of half a hectare, a shopping center with an indoor market, industrial and food stores, a fire station and other facilities.

For convenient entry into the new settlement through the Han-yap canal and through the drainage collector, two new automobile bridges were built, movement along which will be as safe and comfortable as possible at any time of the day. The new greenhouse, which is planned to be used for growing mushrooms and lemons after it is put into operation, will also help to provide employment for future citizens of the village.

It should be noted that private specialized enterprises are actively involved in the construction of the new village.
