At the beginning of the International Year of Peace and Trust, various celebrations, conferences, competitions and exhibitions are actively held in the Balkan velayat. One of these events called "Hünärim bar-hormatym bar" was held in the “Türkmeniň ak öýi” building in Balkanabad.

This stage of the competition, announced by the Central Council of the Women's Union of Turkmenistan and the National Trade Union Center, was notable for its content, inexhaustible spiritual inspiration and special focus. It was attended by women involved in the sewing business and distinguished themselves at the etrap and city stages of competitions. They demonstrated their skills in cutting and sewing clothes for girls.

The contestants demonstrated their skills in decorating national costumes with bright, beautiful patterns. As part of the competition, a show of national costumes and patterns made by professionals was organized.

According to the results of the contest, the winners were the teacher of the kindergarten No. 7 of the Bereket etrap Gultach Ashirova, the teacher of kindergarten No. 4 of the same etrap Tylla Guldjikova and the seamstress of the “Bereket” enterprise Aidjhan Amanova. All of them have passed the final stage of approval.

At the end of the competition, the organizers handed the winners honorary diplomas and valuable gifts.
