An important milestone in the development of the legal system of Turkmenistan was the emergence of notaries along with state and private ones, which is part of the implementation of the strategic course initiated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people Hero Arkadag and successfully implemented under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

This demonstrates the country's commitment to improving the legal infrastructure, creating conditions for business and ensuring confidence of the citizens in the legal protection of their rights and interests. In the conditions of stability and prosperity of Turkmenistan, the notary system serves as a reliable support in the implementation of state policy and strengthening trust among citizens.

State notaries, as before, carry out their mission to strengthen the system of the rule of law, certifying transactions and documents, ensuring legal security and justice in the relations of citizens. They are an integral part of the structure of the Adalat bodies, acting in accordance with the laws under the guidance of highly qualified specialists working for the benefit of the people.

An important role in the organisation and coordination of the work of the notary system is played by the Ministry of Adalat of Turkmenistan, which ensures supervision of the activities of notaries, guaranteeing their compliance with legal norms.

As is known, the public notary system is aimed at ensuring stability, which contributes to the further development of society in the spirit of peaceful coexistence and prosperity. Public notaries not only certify documents, but also become conductors of the ideals of peace and trust, supporting the basic principles of state policy. With the introduction of private notary practice, Turkmenistan has taken another important step towards improving its legal system. Private notaries, who embody high standards of legal services, also support the effective, dynamic developing economy of the country. The work of private notaries becomes an integral part of the trusting relationship being built between the state and society. This, in turn, opens up new horizons for entrepreneurs and citizens, increasing their confidence in legal procedures. In addition, private notaries help ensure legal order and stability, sharing the main values of the state and supporting its course for development and prosperity.

Today, every notary, both public and private, realizes their responsibility in supporting the ideals put forward by Hero Arkadag and implemented by the President of Turkmenistan.

The current year, declared the «International Year of Peace and Trust», is of particular importance for private and public notaries. They are united in actively supporting this message, emphasizing that their work is directly related to the high ideals proclaimed within the framework of this year. In conditions of peace and trust, notaries strive to be faithful guardians of the law, protecting the rights of citizens and ensuring stability and harmony in the country.

It is impossible not to express deep gratitude to the esteemed President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief and National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag for their tireless concern for strengthening the rule of law, aimed at increasing the population's trust in state institutions, including the notary system. Turkmenistan is a country of peace, trust and confidence of people in the future. In this regard, it is gratifying that notaries also make their worthy contribution to this stability and tranquility.
