The Turkmens have always respected agricultural works. In those times, when people made incredible efforts to produce food in the harsh conditions of our arid climate and water scarcity, and now, when powerful equipment help farmers, irrigation systems stretch along fields, and the high-tech industry supplies ‘fertility vitamins’. Conditions today are incommensurably different than they were a thousand, a hundred years ago, and even ten years ago.

The government’s respect for inexhaustible agricultural workers is vividly exemplified by the unprecedented benefits, providing them with the necessary resources and encouraging for high productivity. Another aspect of the attentive attitude towards farmers is the constant modernization of the agrarian sector.

Agriculture develops with every passing year, and this is actively promoted by science and technology. However, labor remains difficult, because its result still depends on people’s approach towards the business they do, on constant care, on skills, moreover - on love. Love to the land, the Motherland, to compatriots.

Even when - and not in such a distant future - self-driving aggregates will replace rumbling harvesters and tractors on fields, and then everything will depend on a person, mentality, life, and on how much workings of the mind and soul have been invested in the beloved and such a native land.
