The exhibition of industrialists and entrepreneurs held in Ashgabat, dedicated to the 17th anniversary of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET), demonstrates an abundance of food products presented by domestic producers.
A wide range of its products, including fresh fruits and a new product - freeze-dried fruits under the brand name «Erem», was presented by the open joint-stock company «Miwe».
Freeze-dried bananas, apples and strawberries have already gained popularity both in the domestic and foreign markets. Soon, the range of flavours will be replenished with seasonal fruits such as peaches, melon and persimmon.
As noted by the company's representative Oguldondi Myradova, freeze-dried fruits are great for use in smoothies and cocktails, as well as in cooking, baking and creating desserts.
The «Miwe» company uses modern equipment for sublimation, ensuring high-quality processing and preservation of the beneficial properties of fruits. Equipped warehouses with temperature control help in long-term storage of products. Shock freezing allows you to preserve the freshness and taste of fruits, which makes them ideal for further use.
The company's products are certified according to the Global G.A.P. standard, which confirms high safety and environmental standards. They are successfully supplied to the country's velayats and exported abroad. The main attention is also paid to almonds grown on Turkmen soil.
The «Miwe» open joint-stock company, created with the participation of four companies, is located on the territory of the Kaka etrap of the Ahal velayat. The use of innovative technologies and strict quality control allow the company to occupy a leading position in the market and actively develop.
