On March 26, 2025, a unique archery tournament called "Şowly oklar" will take place in Ashgabat, featuring famous singers and comedians from Turkmenistan. The event is organized by the National Archery Federation of Turkmenistan.
The tournament, which will be held at the Winter Sports Complex, is designed to popularize this sport among the population, strengthen friendly ties between representatives of creative professions, and promote a healthy lifestyle.
The competition will consist of several stages: shooting from a distance of 5 meters, shooting at volumetric targets from a distance of 10 meters, and the final round. Teams made up of 10 participants will compete in accuracy and precision, demonstrating not only their creative talents but also their sporting enthusiasm.
The organizers will provide participants with standard sports bows and arrows, as well as the necessary protective equipment. A panel of judges composed of qualified archery referees will ensure compliance with the rules and objective judging.
At the end of the tournament, winners and prize-winners in both team and individual categories will be determined. They will be awarded trophies, medals, and certificates. Additionally, special prizes in various nominations are planned.
