Representatives of the Academy of State Service under the President of Turkmenistan are participating in online courses on the human resource management system. The courses are being held from May 26 to May 30 as part of the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement between the State Academy of Turkmenistan under the President of Turkmenistan and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
The agreement covers the organization of activities aimed at enhancing cooperation and professional development of civil servants, including the development of joint educational programs, conducting distance learning sessions, and organizing training courses for teachers and students.
The online courses are conducted by lecturers from the Russian Academy and focus on topics such as “Strategic Human Resource Planning,” “Competencies Required in Management,” “Opportunity Management,” “Basic Methods of Data Analysis and Management,” “Digital Learning Practices,” “Human Resource Management System,” and “Working with Leaders and Managers: Conscious Leadership and Change Management.”
Participants also learn about the importance of strategic human resource management and the key skills that managers around the world should possess. A separate session is dedicated to the use of digital technologies in personnel management, as well as the application of digital technologies in managing staff. Conducting such seminars plays an important role in developing mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of human resources and advancing digital networks within the public service.
