Representatives of the Academy of State Service under the President of Turkmenistan made a working visit to Astana (Republic of Kazakhstan) to participate in an international forum dedicated to the development of progressive approaches to human resource management in the public sector.

The forum "GovHR: New Systems, Modern Services, Novel Solutions" was organized on the eve of the International Day of Public Service, which is annually celebrated on June 23.

The event became an effective platform for constructive dialogue on the implementation of modern technologies and innovative solutions in the transformation of personnel processes within the public administration system. During thematic discussions, forum participants emphasized the importance of exchanging innovations to improve public HR services, implementing smart solutions, and forming a transparent, agile, and sustainable human capital management system.

Representatives of the Academy of State Service under the President of Turkmenistan noted the significance of such events for the development of mutually beneficial cooperation and the improvement of the public servant training system in the context of digitalization.

At the final stage of the forum, participants formulated recommendations for the upcoming future regarding the integration of advanced personnel management technologies and the strengthening of international cooperation in this field.
