Currently, the children's health center "Bagtyýarlyk", which belongs to the hyakimlik of Turkmenabat, accepts 300 children who have come to rest during the summer holidays. The organization of the center's work is carefully thought out: medical specialists closely monitor the health of the arriving children, and special recipes of the Charjev etrap Consumer Union are used to prepare delicious dishes. This well-equipped place has all the conditions for a full-fledged rest, the disclosure of talents in various fields and the development of work skills.
The center has music and hobby groups that will help teenagers decide on their future professions, prepare for life, instill a love of art and discover their talents. Children also have the opportunity to study foreign languages and improve their computer literacy. Regular sports competitions have become a tradition at "Bagtyýarlyk". The Lebap Velayat Committee of the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan, the Velayat Union of the Trade Unions and the Velayat Council of the Youth Organization named after Magtymguly take an active part in organizing cultural and sports events.
Excursions to the ancient monuments of the region, as well as to the railway and automobile bridges across the Amyderya river, contribute to a deeper study of the glorious history and nature of the Motherland. During the season, children regularly visit the local history museum, get acquainted with the nature and traditions of the people, which broadens their horizons.
The staff of the velayat children's library often come to the center and organize book exhibitions, and famous writers and poets hold creative evenings. Children are regularly offered viewings of fairy tale plays and other performances on the stage of the Seyitnazar Seydi State Musical and Drama Theater.
The children watched the performances of the artists of the State Circus of Turkmenistan with great interest. And not long ago, five-round competitions in practical fire sports among teams of 13-14 years old were held. They were organized by the Fire Safety Department of the Velayat Police Department for schoolchildren vacationing in the "Bagtyýarlyk" center. The winners and participants of the competitions were awarded gifts and certificates of honor from public organizations.
Summer holidays at the "Bagtyýarlyk" children's health centre, located on the left bank of the Amyderya river, help children improve their health, broaden their horizons and instill a love for their homeland, as well as enter the new school year with an upbeat mood.
