In the city of Dashoguz, active work is underway to improve the quality of street lighting. Currently, the team of the specialized enterprise “Daşoguzşäheryşyklandyryş” is replacing outdated, inefficient, and energy-consuming lighting fixtures with modern LED street lamps produced by a domestic electronics manufacturer – the ES “Aýdyň gijeler.”

The new devices have already been installed on the central streets, and work is now being carried out in residential areas of the city. According to specialists, these lamps consume 2 to 3 times less electricity compared to traditional lamps, their use reduces the environmental load, thus meeting modern ecological standards. Additionally, the new lighting equipment lasts significantly longer than outdated equivalents and requires less costly maintenance.

It is well known that the primary purpose of street lighting is to ensure traffic safety at night on roads and sidewalks, as well as in public places. Besides this, street lamps contribute to shaping the unique aesthetic appearance of the city, complementing architectural design and creating a cozy atmosphere.

The modernization of street lighting is included in the list of activities for the improvement and comprehensive development of Dashoguz and is part of the efforts to create a comfortable urban environment.
