In a new modern village, the construction of which is nearing completion on the territory of the gengeshlik "Taze yol" of the Koneurgench etrap of the Dashoguz velayat has a developed transport and communications infrastructure.
By the specialists of the enterprise «Daşoguz ýol gurluşyk, abatlaýyş we önümçilik kärhanasy» more than eighteen and a half kilometers of internal and access roads have been laid here. The laying of the crushed stone base on all arteries has been completed, the laying of the asphalt surface and the installation of concrete curbs are being completed. The company's team has all the necessary resources, including specialized equipment, to carry out all the road works provided for in the contract.
It should be noted that the network of transport communications of the new settlement also included new automobile bridges built by a private domestic enterprise across the Khan-yab canal and the drainage collector located nearby. New settlement in Koneurgench etrap will fully comply with the modern requirements that are imposed on urban development today, and will have all the necessary social, cultural and industrial facilities, comfortable housing, and engineering and technical communications for various purposes.
The village will complement the large new buildings constructed in the velayat in recent years, such as the new village "Bagtyyar zaman", commissioned in 2016 and located on an area of 144 hectares, the infrastructure of which is in no way inferior to the city; the residential complex on Shagadam street in Dashoguz, commissioned in 2021, consisting of many four-story residential buildings, a school for 600 students, a kindergarten for 240 children, a Health Center, and other socio-cultural and technical facilities; a residential complex of buildings commissioned at the end of last year in Dashoguz and located on an area of 71 hectares, which includes 70 four-story houses with an improved layout, designed for a total of 1,000 496 families, a comprehensive school for 600 students, a kindergarten for 240 children and a modern Health Center.
