On the occasion of the Holiday of the Turkmen Alabay, various events and festivities are taking place in Balkan velayat, as well as throughout our Homeland. One such event was organized in front of the Representative Office of the International Association “Turkmen Alabay Dogs” in Balkanabat, at the foot of the Great Balkhan.

This celebration, organized by the hyakimlik of Balkan velayat together with the Department of Culture, public organizations, and the Representative Office of the International Association “Turkmen Alabay Dogs” in the velayat, was titled “The Turkmen Alabay – National Pride of Our People.”

Speakers at the celebration warmly congratulated the participants on the occasion of the Holiday of the Turkmen Alabay and emphasized the historical significance of the establishment of the International Association “Turkmen Alabay Dogs” in our country.

The musical and song-filled celebration left its participants with unforgettable and pleasant impressions. The performances of the artists glorified the great deeds of universal significance being carried out under the wise leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for the benefit of the people and the Homeland.

The program of musical and song performances and various interesting events organized in white tents, set up in accordance with national traditions, also stood out for its rich content and special significance. Visitors were attracted by the exhibition of works of decorative and applied art, samples of handicrafts, museum treasures, and paintings by young artists. The exhibits presented, related to national heritage — including Turkmen Alabays, traditional crafts, carpet weaving, jewelry art, sculpture, and other works of art — were likewise impressive and memorable.
