According to the document, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, hyakimliks of Dashoguz and Lebap Velayats are instructed to ensure the production of rice in Saparmurat Turkmenbashi Etrap of the Dashoguz Velayat, in Darganatf, Dyanev, Chardzhev, Farab, Sayat, Halach, Hojambaz, Kerki, Dovletli and Koytendag etraps of Lebap velayat.
