The Turkmen State Institute of Culture has announced a competition of journalistic articles titled “Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan – Homeland of Peace and Trust”, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality.
Students of higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan are invited to take part in the competition. Participants are encouraged to write journalistic articles that broadly reflect the themes of Turkmenistan’s sacred independence, permanent neutrality, foreign policy and international relations, as well as the country’s rapid development and achievements in the Era of Revival of a New Epoch of a Powerful State.
The articles should be 4–5 pages long (A4 format), written in Times New Roman, 14-point font.
Those wishing to participate must send, by November 1, an official letter from their university containing information about the student participant, along with the prepared article, to the email address tdmi.ylymbolumi@gmail.com. Additional information is available by phone: 481105.
The best works will be recommended for publication in national newspapers and magazines, and information about them will be posted on the official website of the Institute of Culture.
The winners will be announced during a ceremonial award ceremony, which will take place on December 1 at 17:00 in the assembly hall of the Turkmen State Institute of Culture. The authors of the best works will receive Certificates of Honor, Letters of Appreciation, and gifts from the organizers.
This creative competition, held with the participation of student youth in the International Year of Peace and Trust—a year marked by the glorious 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s neutrality—aims to deepen the understanding of the importance, meaning, and essence of Turkmenistan’s internationally recognized neutral status, as well as the country’s foreign policy based on the principles of equality, mutual understanding, good neighborliness, peace, and humanism.
The organizers express their confidence that the competition will help reveal the creative talents and abilities of Turkmen youth, increase their interest in their chosen professions, and contribute to the worthy upbringing of the younger generation, devoted to their Motherland and to the spiritual and moral values of their ancestors.
